If you were able to join us for the inaugural Ricecardriver “On The Way” Meet, then we hope you were able to join us for this one too!

The motive for this time around went to the insane @ahaav and his Prius who will be moving out of the islands to the mainland. If you’ve been part of the scene and you’ve never seen it – you’re missing out. The work that it took to get it into the state that it’s in is absurd and highly respectable in my opinion. What’s next for it?

“Go lower,” he says.

Again. Insane …and I believe him. The car would have to be swimming in the pavement at at point…

First of all, I was astounded at how much people turned out! I was floored. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Secondly, because there was so much people, it caught the attention of Kamakana’s security when we initially gathered at the mall and threatened to call HPD if we didn’t go out.

Third, I was so caught in the moment and talking to people, I didn’t take any pictures of the cars at Kamakana… and there were some badass cars there. Frick.

Fourth, I wasn’t able to grab as many rollers as I would have liked…. all lessons learned to be better for next time…

Fifth, I’ve been spending more time talking to people rather than take pictures… Which has its pros and cons, but appreciate it nonetheless.

Finally, I want to thank everyone that came out this time around. MUCH appreciated for your time and dedication to the craft. Those who came to hang, those who I haven’t seen for a while, for @ahaav, @badinfluence, and everyone for spreading the word, and for being a part of all this.
