New Project!?
My brother and I are complete opposites in most cases but car culture is the factor that unites us.
He first got into the car scene when I had taken an interest in the Mazda Miata. His first car was a red 1992 NA that he held onto a short while before selling it for a 2000 Miata in a LS trim.
He wasn’t much of a DIY’er, but it was a great learning experience for him when I and a buddy of mine helped in the install of his first set of coilovers.
He’s had the Miata it for a while and along the way I’ve helped him here and there but recently he decided to upgrade from the poor man’s sports car to a not so poor man’s sports car…
And I’m jealous. Really jealous.
It’s a 2008, 29k on the clock, and came with a Mugen replica hard top and Invidia Dual Exhaust and he got it all for a deal.
He’s already run by me what he’d like to do, asked for my input on the matter, and wants to me to assist along the way. I gladly took him up on his offer!
Even though the S2000 is not my own, I look forward to working with him on it. This gives me an opportunity to learn about another great car at the same time bond with my brother in the culture that brings us together.
