Hey RiceFam! Thanks for stopping by for another week of car culture. We are back at Waikele but this time for the JZ meet!

I admit the name is a tad misleading – though JZ is in the name, it was not exclusively towards “JZ.” There are many cars, many makes, many models. It was really just a gathering place for car culture – exactly in my neck of the woods.

The last time I was here for a car meet was the Chill Meet KJxFG Hawaii | Part 1 / Chill Meet KJxFG Hawaii | Part 2 and it was rainy. This time it was hot AF! Shooting in the rain is a challenge… shooting in the hot ass sun is also something else. I got to see some familiar builds and some new ones too. Also continuing to meet the faces behind some of the IG handles too!

Unfortunately, I was only able to get and post just half this week so I will be back next week with the other half. This is literally a timeline of what I was able to capture.I started taking some video on my phone too but it didn’t come out too great. Oh well, there is always next time…

I went to high school with @martinphancy and Ive associated this car to him since.

These two did the same and showed right after the local autox. Just need a car to participate. @arvin_arn
