Chill Meet KJxFG Hawaii | Part 1
August 15th was a full – and rainy – car day for me. Remember the SCCA Race 7 from last week? Following was Kyle’s Chill meet which I drove down to straight away my race that Sunday.
I texted him if he was still going to have it happen since it was raining and he just responded with an emoji thumbs up.
I’m glad he did.
Despite the weather, the turnout was super good! Still one of my favorites to attend as there’s always a variety of stuff to see.
Taking pictures was pretty challenging this time because of the rain coming and going. I made a makeshift protector with duct tape and a garbage bag and committed to just using one lens. No time for set up, no time to think, just enough time to take the damn picture.
